1- I need someone to help me modify the confirmation email sent to user including the invoice display.

2- Gateway moficiation: The cheque gateway would be for customers that wants to pay offline by credit card, money order, bank draft or cash, not on the internet.Then the customer select this payment gateway and receive an email with the instructions needed to be printed and sent by email, fax or mail to complete the reservation).

Until the reservation document is received this would be a provisional booking. When i receive the document by email, fax, mail or scan. I can do into the Jomres and apply the amount to confirm the reservation.

3- Each customers need to fill out a form and scan (email), fax or mail it to me for the Security Deposit to authorise me to take on a credit card the security deposit.

It could be in the confirmation email. The crown job send a reminder every x days if the document is not received . A check in the DB is to specify that the document as been received.
